It looks like ya might not make it…not without a fight and some luck.
You have two options: the public transportation system or a private van.
The public transportation involves 2 trains. From CDG, get on the RER B line (direction Massy Palaiseau or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse) and go down to Antony station and then switch to the OrlyVal train and go to OrlySud/Orly Airport. Your estimated time of travel is about an hour. Note that they only operate from about 6am onward. The combined fare is €16.90 per adult and €10.05 per child and can be very hard with lots of luggage.
The other way is to take a private van (namely Airport Connection) from CDG to ORY. The price varies by how many people are in the van, 1-3 people will cost a total of 85 Euro, and it goes up from there. But at least they do operate at all time of day, you just need to reserve it before you arrive into CDG. This is the more convenient and more expensive way to get to ORY and should take about the same amount of time, perhaps more depending on road traffic.

I have worked out of both airports and think the above advice is excellent but honestly by the time you get your bags etc from your inbound flight you will not make it to check in for your onward connex.
If possible i would try to book a later flight from Orly or if you are heading down to the south of france i would consider the TGV ( train) which is very fast and efficient.
Good luck either way
