I think there is a shuttle bus that goes to all the terminals but it is not free. I think the fare is Php20. You may also take a cab for less than Php75 without traffic

There is only one terminal designated as Domestic. Usually referred to as the old domestic terminal. Zest Air uses the old domestic terminal.

However, other airlines have domestic flights from terminals 2 and 3.

The shuttle is supposed to be free and has been free for me every time I used it. Friends of mine said it was free for them in January. However, i have also heard some people say that they have had to pay P20.

There are two sets of glass doors after customs at terminal 1. To catch the shuttle, turn right after you go through the second set of glass doors.

As you pass through the first set of glass doors, there will be money changers and ATM machines. Use this opportunity to get cashed up before leaving the terminal. However, the ATM machines at terminal1 dispense a maximum of P10,000 at a time. if you want an ATM machine that dispenses P40,000 at a time, wait until you are in Cebu. I personally use Citibank in Cebu City. It is on C Rosales Avenue, just opposite Ayala Mall and nearly opposite the Marriott Hotel. It has 3 ATM machines inside with a 24 hour guard. The machines dispense up to P40,000 at a time, so long as the daily withdrawal limit set by your bank will allow it. Citibank accepts VISA, PLUS, CIRRUS, MASTERCARD and some other systems.

If you only have a short time betwen flights, say less than 90 minutes, do not stuff around waiting for the shuttle. Just catch a Yellow airport taxi.
