There’s the Aerobus that runs from the front of the arrivals terminal to the Porta Nuova train station. It costs 4.50 euro and takes about 15 – 20 minutes for the trip. You don’t need to book in advance. You can either buy tickets inside the arrivals terminal at the windows where you can pay for the parking or directly from the driver on the bus. A taxi will be about 25 euro.
