There is an airport to airport shuttle bus. The length of time will depend on traffic. If there are no traffic problems it can take as little as 45 minutes on the road(this would be if you are traveling on a Sunday or something like that). You have to figure in waiting for your bags at CDG and waiting for the shuttle bus. Then waiting in line at Orly.

I hope you will be traveling light or that the kids are big enough to carry their bags.

I travel to CDG a lot. They’re fixing up their terminal for the past year and still not done. You will need almost 40 mins to the terminal by bus b/c they land very far away from the gate. From the terminal.. and clear custom and immigration.. You usually done b4 YOUR BAGGAGES.. Waiting for your bags will take you at least another 30 mins.. Make sure you have enough time to make your connection. Train is FASTER than car. :)
good luck and have fun :)

There’s a bus, and also the train RER. The RER goes from CGD to Anthony, and there you will catch the monorail directly to Orly. I’d say you’re a bit short on time, because of the time waiting for the bags. The train is maybe better, there’s no traffic on the rails!
