Bourgas Airport to Albena is a distance of around 160kms (99miles).
The transfer time in a taxi is given as 2hrs 35mins. This suggests the roads may not be too clever, as the average speed to do that distance is only just over 38mph.
A coach is unlikely to travel faster that a taxi, so I would expect a time nearer 3 hours.
Sorry I can’t be more precise.

Don’t use a taxi. That would be way too expensive. Especially airport taxis, and for such a long distance (110 km)
From the airport, go to the bus station. Then buy a ticket, or book before you land. There is only one that goes from Burgas to Albena daily at 10:30, but if this isn’t good enough – buy a ticket Burgas – Varna, and then Varna – Albena (there’s a bus every 30 minutes).
